Welcome

“Skilled, structured touch has the potential to reduce isolation, relieve symptoms and help people feel cared for, whole and empowered.”    Tracy Walton, MS, LMT

The journey through cancer affects your body, mind and soul, encompassing so many feelings and emotions, reactions and side effects, loss of control and an unsure future.  Gentle, caring, knowledgeable bodywork from a Massage Therapist trained in Oncology Massage can restore a sense of connectedness and relaxation that may diminish pain, fatigue and nausea.

“Massage helps people heal, it moves them toward wholeness.  For a day or an hour, they forget about cancer.”  Gayle McDonald, MS, LMT

Fifteen minute, half hour and hour massage sessions are available by appointment, with outcalls also by appointment. As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I also offer Manual Lymph Drainage and Full Decongestive Therapy

Massages are tailored for the client (on a session by session basis) respective to treatment, surgeries, side effects, contraindications, and the client’s requests.

Scar tissue work, therapy for CIPN (Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy) and palliative care massages are also available
